Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and obligations when engaging ProAdmin’s outsourcing services. By entering into an agreement with us, you accept and agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service

ProAdmin will provide the agreed services according to the Service Agreement, including tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Changes to the scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
2. Service Fees & Payment

Fees are billed according to the selected service model and payment schedule stated in the Service Agreement.

All amounts are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform the service.

Ensure timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

Maintain necessary software licenses if applicable.
4. Confidentiality & Data Security

ProAdmin agrees to protect all client information under strict confidentiality and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service cycle has commenced.

For annual contracts, refund policies are detailed in the Service Agreement.
6. Liability Limitation & Governing Law

ProAdmin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific month of service in dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
